It was a pleasure to welcome players, whether existing, returning and new, to our Open Rehearsals. It is really uplifting to me to be able to look forward to working with so many talented musicians and I’m sure going forward this session that we will enjoy fun, friendship and the satisfaction (and occasional challenges) of learning and eventually performing our repertoire.

We are working towards our December 1st performance in BAaD, a new and exciting venue for us, but already have opportunities to play in visible places like Braehead, The Fort, Princess Square and Waitrose Milngavie among others which gives us an opportunity be heard by a wider audience.

As always any musician who would like to join us will be most welcome. We are particularly on the lookout for trumpets and horns (whether French horn or E flat horn). No audition is necessary and all we ask is that you bring yourself, your instrument and a music stand to our rehearsals. Give us a shout to let us know that you are coming along so that we know to look out for you! To find out more visit our contact page or click here.
